2. Booking & Payment (Pay on Arrival)
Cash Payments: We offer a “Book Now, Pay Later” system. You are not required to pay online.
Currency: Payments are accepted in Cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or EGP) at the beginning of the tour.
Accuracy: You must provide the correct hotel name and room number to ensure our drivers can find you.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since we do not take upfront payments, we rely on mutual trust.
We kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trip.
4. Liability While we partner with the most reliable local operators in Egypt, Hurghada Fun is not responsible for personal accidents or lost items during tours unless caused by our direct negligence.
5. Changes to Itinerary Occasionally, tour timings or routes may change due to weather conditions or government regulations (especially for Cairo and Luxor trips). We will always notify you in advance via WhatsApp.
